- Track a booking — your booking reference number and the email address used at booking, which we use solely to locate and display your booking status.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as health or financial account information) through this website, and we ask that you do not include such details in free-text fields.

Our website integrates a small number of third-party services:
- OpenStreetMap — the embedded map on our contact page is served by OpenStreetMap and is subject to its own privacy terms.
- Google Maps — links to directions open Google Maps, which is governed by Google's privacy policy.
- WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook — links and chat buttons that take you to those platforms are governed by their respective privacy policies once you leave our site.
